Guru Nanak International Public School, Model Town Donates for Kerala Flood Victims

Keeping in view our tradition of service (seva) to mankind, the students & teachers of Guru Nanak International Public School, Model Town donated generously for Kerala flood victims. The contribution was made through Khalsa Aid on 27th August, 2018. Various items were contributed namely antibacterial soaps, toothpastes, hair oil, sanitary napkins, sanitizers, eatables, slippers, surgical masks, medicines, mosquito nets, mosquito coils/ odomos tarpaulin etc. Along with this, a sum of Rs. 11,000/- was also contributed from the staff fund. Not only this, the students also initiated in packing of the materials. Principal Mrs.Gurmant Kaur Gill, appreciated the efforts of teachers and students. It was a step towards joining hands and coming together at one in the time of crisis.
