Diwali Activities at Guru Nanak International Public School, Model Town

To mark Diwali celebrations, various Diwali activities were conducted in Guru Nanak International Public School, Model Town, Ludhiana on 8th November, 2023. Students of classes VI & IX competed in Diya/ Candle decoration. Class VII students organized a rally to spread the message to “Celebrate pollution free Diwali and say no to crackers. Class VIII students made beautiful Rangolis by using eco-friendly colours. Diwali- festival of lights was celebrated at the school with devotion and religious zeal. Students decorated diyas in an innovative way. Students of the school also visited Old Age Home and Bal Bhawan to distribute self-decorated diyas / candles and eatables like Apple & biscuits. In return, they received blessings and wishes from elderly persons and children of Bal Bhawan.
