Guru Nanak International Public School, Model Town organized a Fruit Party

“We believe that learning should be a delightful experience, and ‘fruit party’ is organized to do just that!”

 To encourage eating fruits instead of sugary snacks and unhealthy fast food, A Fruit Party for the students of Balvatika-1 & Balvatika-2 was organized by Guru Nanak International Public School, Model Town on Friday 12th July, 2024.

Different seasonal fruits like melons, mangoes, banana, cherries etc were relished by the students. Floor games like hopscotch, walk on the line, fruit themed games and crafts etc. were also enjoyed by the students. Principal Mrs. Gurmant Kaur Gill encouraged the students and advised them on the importance of adding fruits in their diet as it provides essential nutrients necessary for growth and development of the body and helps in keeping obesity at bay.  Headmistress Mrs.Navjeet Kaur Pahuja & Co-ordinator Mrs. Abhineet Kaur Sarna and senior teachers also interacted with the students.
