Seminar for girl students on Women’s Health at Guru Nanak International Public School, Model Town

An informative seminar focusing on three critical aspects of women’s health: Cervical Cancer, Menstrual Health and Polycystic Ovary Syndrome was organized for the girl students of grades VIII – XII at Guru Nanak International Public School, Model Town, Ludhiana on 12th August 2024.

The resource person for the same was Dr. Gursimran Kaur, a Senior Consultant Obstetrics and Gynecology, Fortis Hospital, Ludhiana. It aimed at raising awareness by educating the young girls and encouraging proactive healthcare practices among youth. She provided valuable information on factors, symptoms, prevention and cure of these diseases. The session was a resounding success.
