Guru Nanak International Public School, Model Town hosts LSSC (Central Zone) Solo Singing Competition

Guru Nanak International Public School, Model Town hosted Ludhiana Sahodaya Schools Complex (Central Zone) Solo Singing Competition on 28th October 2024. General Secretary      Er. Gurvinder Singh Sarna & Manager S. Jasvinder Singh (Advocate) presided over the competition. The contest was judged by Dr. Charanjit Kaur HOD, PG Deptt. of Music, Ramgarhia Girls College and Mrs. Jaspreet Kaur, Asstt. Professor, Guru Nanak Khalsa College for Women, Gujarkhan Campus.

The programme commenced with recitation of the Shabad to seek the blessings of the Almighty followed by welcome address by Principal Mrs. Gurmant Kaur Gill. There were 2 categories viz Category A & Category B. Category A comprised of Gazal & Category B comprised of Semi Classical Solo song .  The competition witnessed an extensive array of participation from 9 schools of the city. A healthy competition was witnessed with great fervor & zeal. The whole atmosphere echoed with melodious tunes of songs.

Manager S. Jasvinder Singh (Advocate) proposed the vote of thanks.
