Guru Nanak International Public School, Model Town organizes Inter School Physics Olympiad

Guru Nanak International Public School, Model Town organized Inter School Physics Olympiad on 8th Jan, 2025 in which 64 students from 12 different schools of the city participated with zeal and enthusiasm. The competition was divided into 2 categories for the students of classes XI & XII. It was objective type based on competitive exams. Each category comprised of 3 participants. The results will be announced within a week. Cash prizes will be given to the first 3 toppers of each category.  

 Garv Bhateja (Class XI) of KVM School, Civil Lines said that the paper was balanced & Competitive based on JEE main pattern. Anahatbir Singh (Class XII) of DAV, BRS Nagar & Dhruv Sharma (Class XII) of GNI, BRS Nagar said that the paper was overall tough, calculative with some easy questions.

 The participants were contented & some of them said that the questions were good, conceptual & developed confidence. They said that such olympiads prepare students for competitive exams. They are good for practice. Some of them said that they have come to know about their weak areas on which they could concentrate for their forthcoming Board & Competitive Exams.

 Mrs. Gurmant Kaur Gill, Principal of the school said that such Olympiads improve aptitude & analytical thinking of the students which is useful in any Exam, be it JEE or any other competitive exam. It provides a unique platform to the students & make them ready to face challenges in future.
