A Seminar on "Menstrual Hygiene"

A Seminar on "Menstrual Hygiene" was conducted for the girl students of classes V to VIII of Guru Nanak International Public School, Model Town, Ludhiana on 29.01.2020. The resource person was Dr. Vijaydeep Kaur, (Laparoscopy and IVF specialist from Rana Hospital, Ludhiana) She guided the students about the timing of beginning of the cycle and problems faced by girls during this period. She suggested role of exercise in controlling pain. It was quite a learning experience for all.
