Guru Nanak International Public School, Model Town organizes Diya/Candle decoration Competition

To bring forth the talent of the students an Inter House Diya/ Candle decoration Competition was organized in  Guru Nanak International Public School, Model Town, Ludhiana. Students of classes VI to X exhibited their innovative ideas through their decorated diyas/ candles. All the participants decorated diyas/ candles very beautifully and came up with their hidden talent. Diwali, the festival of lights, was celebrated with much exuberance in the school. The students and teachers went to ‘Red Cross Society’ & ‘Old Age Home’ to share their festivity. They gifted their self decorated diyas / candles to children and elderly over there. They also carried biscuits and fruits for them. In return they received immense blessings from homeless children and elderly.
