seminars on ‘Stress Management during Examination
Guru Nanak International Public School, Model Town, Ludhiana organized seminars on ‘Stress Management during Examination’ for classes IX to XII whereas students of Classes VI to VIII attended a seminar on ‘Lessons from the life of four Sahibzadas’.
The resource persons Col. Amarjeet Singh, a veteran from Indian Army interacted with the students of classes XI & XII & discussed various issues faced by the students during their examination. He taught them tips & techniques on time management, handling peer pressure etc.
Dr. Ritu Mehta & Ms. Ridhima Jain from Global Wellness Centre, Ludhiana enlightened the students of classes IX & X about various techniques on how to handle stress & manage time before & during examination. The students were encouraged to have healthy food, exercise daily, meditate, reduce screen time etc.
The resource persons Dr. Sarabjot Kaur a renowned Professor & former HOD Punjabi Deptt. at Govt. College of Girls, Ludhiana & Mr. Gauravdeep Singh addressed the students of Classes VI to VIII on the importance of unforgettable history of Sikh heroism & sacrifice.
The resource persons addressed students queries & the seminars were motivational & inspirational for the students.
